Problem with tourist card

I tried to buy a tourist card and received an error response from the website. The website said it could not process the order so I tried again. I now see from the "reprint" function that I have been twice. Is there any way to void or cancel order #  653806. I have still not received an email confirmation for either order.

In order for us to verify and channel your problem with the corresponding department, we ask you to write to us at informacion@dgii.gov.do, detailing your case, and supplying the following information:

- Date of purchase
- Last four (4) digits of the credit card used
- Email that used to buy the cards
- holder of the name of the card.
