Problem with a tourist card

Hi! I purchased a tourist card to Dominican Republic. However, I did not received a card or the receipt to email (anninakoskinen1@gmail.com). Do i have to purchase another one?

In response to your concern, we inform you that the tourist cards are received immediately by email right after you make the purchase; if you didn’t receive it, you can download it and print it in our web page through the followinglink: https://www.dgii.gov.do/Tturistaweb/ , pressing "RePrint" and providing the required information (email, last 4 numbers of credit card and expiration date).

my husband mistakenly paid twice for our tourist card. How can we get one of the charges canceled? my email is lissaradder@gmail.com

I received an error response and also did not receive an email confirmation.  I see from the reprint function that I was billed twice.  Is there anyway to cancel or void one of the orders.
