Do Indian passport holders on study visa in Canada require a tourist visa to visit Dominican Republic?

Good Evening Team,
I have an Indian Passport. I live in Canada now on a valid Study permit and a valid Study visa. I also have a valid US tourist visa.
Do I need a tourist visa to come to Dominican Republic? If Yes than please guide.

Dear Jha,

Both with your student permit in Canada and with your American tourism visa, always valid; You can enter the Dominican Republic, only by acquiring your tourist card in the same airport.

It is established in the decree 691-07 dated December 18, 2007, unfortunately it is only in Spanish.
